Recorded live at the Concertgebouw Amsterdam on 16 November 1983. First CD release. This is a hi-resolutiion 24bit/96khz audio transfer directly taken from the original analog master tapes. This CD is released as a stricktly limited edition. Only 100 copies produced. This is CD in no longer available.
